How was Superman created?
Action Comics 1 First Superman presented by DC Comics. It’s where superhero Superman first appeared. Jerry Siegel and Joe Shuster worked together to create the Superman character. This comic debuted in 1938s.
Clark Kent gained superhuman abilities such as superhuman strength and impenetrable skin. His adoptive parents (Farmers Jonathan and Martha Kent) encouraged him to use his talents for the greater good. Thus he chose to fight crime. He wears a bizarre outfit, has a codename, and fights evil with the help of superhuman skills. Superman popularized the genre and established its conventions, even though characters could be termed superheroes before him.

The origins of all Marvel/DC Superheroes and films can be tailback to this issue. The introduction of Lois Lane in Action Comics #1 added to the demand for this issue. Out of a print run of 200,000, less than 100 copies of Action Comics #1, it’s thought to exist still. In recent years, the first American Superhero’s value has risen because of a mix of rarity and demand.
How much worth Superman comic book?
An unrestored 5.5 that sold for $214,000 CGC copy publicly. In July 2020, an unrestored 5.0 sold for $360,000, reducing its April 2019 value of $456,000. The price of an unrestored 4.0 was $348,000.
Action Comics 1 First Superman CGC VF/NM 9.0, the highest-graded piece (unspoiled by restoration artists) with white pages, sold for $3,207,852.00 in the auction in 2014. The previous record-holder, a Nicolas Cage copy (also a CGC 9.0 but with a Cream to Off-White page quality rating) from ComicConnect, sold for $2.16 million in November 2011.
Only 40 of the 72 copies graded by CGC are deemed unrestored. As a result, copies can sell for $300,000 or more even in poor condition.
