First, things first. A great thank you to Fingerprints DAO for leading the way in the committee structure. We have adapted in great part, your committee approach.

Thank you

Introduction to Committees

Apart from governance activities that all DAO members participate in, committees are groups of members who have more time to contribute to the DAO’s efforts.

The current committees and subcommittees are:

1. Ideation, Validation, and Acquisition
• Comic Books
• Toys
• Trading Cards
• Sports Memorabilia
• Digital Assets
• TV/Movie Memorabilia
• Tech
• Video Games
• Music Memorabilia

2. Reality Series

3. Museum
• Metaverse
• IRL

4. Community

5. Marketing And Design

6. Finance

7. Strategic Partnerships

8. Governance

The Rarest DAO is open to members joining any committee they feel they may be able to contribute to. The committees are able to build in the open, as other members peer into the inner workings of each without constraint. Some committees are filled with individuals with 100+ years combined experience in their areas of expertise, whereas other committees house individuals who may have less experience, but have more time to contribute and eagerly want to grow themselves in cohesion with the DAO. Committees are meant to be open and expansive. Each committee actively pursues its goals to collectively promote the growth of the DAO and its community.

Ideation, Validation & Acquisition (IVA)

Purpose

The purpose of the IVA Committee is to identify items that the community would like to see in the museums, validate that asset’s financial prospects, and approve the item for acquisition. Identification can be a discussion among DAO members about the currently held collectibles or future desired collectibles. It is an ongoing discussion of what is relevant to our space, what may have been relevant in the past, and what may once again be relevant in the future.

Subcommittees

IVA is a large undertaking across a variety of different categories. Not everyone who is interested in Comic Books will be interested in Music memorabilia and vice versa. Subcategories allow members to participate in the discussions where they are either interested or feel they can provide value.

Each subcommittee will evaluate proposals, Vette the collectible and its value, create any associated utility with the items, and add any associated desired memorabilia for displays.

Subcommittees include:

• Comic Books
• Toys
• Trading Cards
• Sports Memorabilia
• Digital Assets
• TV/Movie Memorabilia
• Tech
• Video Games
• Music Memorabilia

How We Measure Success

Success in the IVA Committee is measured by the following:

Dialogue that is continuing every day.

It is not a Committee that has a purchasing quota.

Items proposed that fail approval are as significant as those that we purchase. Due diligence is critical to ensure staying power. Good No’s are as strong as good Yes’s.

Powerful Utility for an item will enhance the DAO objectively or subjectively.

Proposals should always ensure the most perfect condition possible for the rarest collectibles.

Goals

The main goal of the Curation Committee is to discuss rare modern collectibles. The secondary goal is to move from idea to fully vetted hit list item.

Museum (Metaverse and IRL)

Purpose

The purpose of the Museum Committee is to provide guidance on Location identification (Metaverse and IRL) Museum buildout, DAO member benefits, display generation, attraction ideas, and gamification of the metaverse museum.

How We Measure Success

Success will be measured in numerous ways to include, but not limited to:

• Financial Due diligence
• Speed to market
• Community Buzz
• Opening Day Attendance
• P & L (Profit and Loss Statement)

Reality Series

Purpose

The purpose of the Reality Series Committee is to ensure fresh, relevant, and highly watched content is recorded, edited, and published on a pre-defined schedule as defined by the committee.

Reach

The Reality Series is one of the many marketing tactics to ensure the DAO establishes brand recognition.

How We Measure Success

Success will be measured in numerous ways to include, but not limited to:

• Number of views, likes, shares, and subscribes

• Offers from streaming services

• Community Buzz

• Positive community sentiment

• P & L (Profit and Loss Statement)

Goals

The goals of the Reality Series Committee are:

1. Create a unique and buzz-worthy show that people want to tell their friends about

2. Provide content based on DAO and community feedback

3. Maximize exposure to other facets of the DAO.

Community

Purpose

The purpose of the Community Committee is to provide support to three important areas, all of which are incredibly important to any DAO’s outreach and success.

1. Support the Internal Community: the DAO itself, the DAO’s Discord, and the discussion furthering the DAO’s mission of acquiring rare modern collectibles.

2. Support the External Community: This relays the message and the mission of the DAO to people who may be watching, listening, or interested in joining the organization.

3. Connect the DAO to Industry Experts, Celebrities, Artists, Leaders, Founders, and many more: The organization is stronger as a hivemind with ideas flowing not just from the top, but from all discussions across the Committees. It is crucial for the DAO to continue to expand its intellectual capital. Different from traditional organizations and capital groups, a DAO can be flexible with entrants (and exiters) and allow a greater amount of expertise inflow without the overhead.

How We Measure Success

Success in the Community Committee is based on how we present the DAO to its members and external audience. More than likely, a great number of eyes will be placed upon DAOs, and how they contribute to society over the coming decades. A hybrid DAO presents many challenges. The Rarest DAO wants to build in the open to the greatest extent possible. The Community Committee succeeds by setting the tone for the community both inside and outside of the DAO.

Goals

The goals of the Community Committee are:

1. Ensure consistent communication is between the more active and less active community member

2. Expand the outward reach of the DAO

3. Continue to discuss and push the boundaries of what is created and collected in this space

Strategic Partnerships

Purpose

The purpose of the Strategic Partnerships Committee is to bring vetted partnership opportunities and build the vision for strategic partnerships with crypto and non-crypto entities.

How We Measure Success

Success in this Committee is measured by the value-added to DAO membership that each strategic partnership provides.

Goals

The goals of the Strategic Partnerships can be anything from bringing on newly recognized category expert advisors, to brand discounts or industry alliances.

Marketing and Design

Purpose

The purpose of the Design and Marketing Committee is to effectively build and convey The Rarest DAO brand while fostering the growth of the community. The Committee seeks to maintain engagement and public relations through various projects, experiments, and events that promote the exposure of the DAO and its collection.

How We Measure Success

Successful work within the Design and Marketing Committee is not simply increased exposure for the DAO; our success is measured by the growth of awareness and appreciation for The Rarest DAO’s collection and the growth of our community of like-minded collectors.

Goals

Marketing all aspects of the Rarest DAO functional branches based on The Rarest DAO’s collection, branding, website, and more.

Governance

Purpose

Governance is where any collective decisions (spending, raising, branding, etc) are discussed. We do soft votes (votes on Discord) and decide if something should be added to Snapshot for a formal vote by $XRARE token-holders.

How We Measure Success

Success in Governance is measured by how well the DAO is able to implement its missions.

Goals

The goal of Governance is to create an area where members are able to vote on the DAO’s movements.

Members

All members of the DAO are included in Governance.
