Shortly after the tsunami-ravaged southern Asia in 2006, the singer and photojournalist Bryan Adams founded the Bryan Adams Foundation. The Foundation’s mission is to improve people’s countless lives by providing financial assistance to specific programs dedicated to making people’s lives better. 

Losing a total of 230,000 people in 14 nations made Bryan Adams’ “Reach Out To Asia” project begin. Supporting the survivors of the 2004 Indian Ocean earthquake and tragedy, resulting in this guitar.

What makes this item so rare?

First, the sturdy white body of this beautiful guitar has a complementing sequence of silver accents all around the neck and top end. 

In addition, the guitar’s unique black signatures adorn the frame of the guitar, highlighting its place as a remarkable and one-of-a-kind piece of history.

Not to mention the guitar is one-of-a-kind. It bears the signatures of some of the world’s most well-known rock stars all over it. A total of 19 artists and singers from all over the world have signed it!

Among the musicians who have signed the instrument are Mick Jagger and Keith Richards and Eric Clapton, Brian May, Jimmy Page, David Gilmour, Jeff Beck, Pete Townsend, and Pete Townsend.

Other musicians who have signed the instrument include Paul McCartney and Sting and Sting, Ritchie Blackmore, Def Leppard, and Bryan Adams.

How much is it worth today?

In Qatar, the instrument got auctioned off to raise money for Reach Out to Asia.

Reach Out to Asia is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping tsunami victims. Bidder acquired this Reach out to Asia Stratocaster guitar for $3,740,000 at auction.

This day, Her Highness Sheihka Miyyassah Al Thani purchased this opulent Reach out to Asia Stratocaster guitar. She got it when auctioned off at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Doha, Qatar.

After all, the tsunami claimed many lives and devastated many houses; the proceeds from the guitar purchases went to help those most in need.
