What is the unique thing that makes it a treasure?

In 1939 scientist Phineas T. Horton constructed an android, a synthetic man—an precise clone of a human being. A near-perfect replica of a human, it had only one flaw. When exposed to oxygen, its skin burst into flame, yet it was unharmed by the heat. Upon viewing Horton’s invention in its burning state, the onlookers labeled it a Human Torch and ordered to destroy it once it became a threat. However, Horton couldn’t bring himself to destroy it, so he locked it within a concrete block.

At First, he was perceived as an anti-hero, generating terror and fury among mortals. It was swiftly toned down, with the character governing when he would blaze on. Giving him human attributes to the point that the reader finally forgot about him being artificial.

His alter-ego, a New York City police named Jim Hammond, was created for Torch. Having this was advantage gave him the power over the myriad crimes that the Human Torch would finally stop.
